Adguard does have some filters for security but i'm sure they are not as good as kaspersky/bitdefender and i know kaspersky has some ad blocking. I am never without AdGuard Pro. As for using anti-anything, malware etc., probably more trouble than help. For work, or WFM, a VON may be a must.
